Shipping Policy
Thanks for choosing Smile Now Denture. This policy explains how and when your impression kit and finished dental appliance are shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your impression kit ships.
Impression Kit Shipping
Your at-home impression kit ships free within the United States via standard ground service. Most customers receive their kit within 3–5 business days of order processing. The kit includes:
- Everything you need to take your impressions
- An illustrated instruction guide
- A prepaid return label
Return Shipping (Your Impressions)
Use the prepaid return label included in the kit to send your impressions back to our U.S. lab. We recommend dropping the package off at an authorized carrier location and keeping your tracking receipt until we confirm delivery.
Appliance Production and Shipping
Once we receive your usable impressions, your custom dental appliance is crafted in our U.S. lab and ships within 7–10 business days. Final delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via standard service. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly your impressions are returned, impression accuracy, and the shipping method selected.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You'll receive an email with the tracking number when your impression kit and final appliance leave our facility. You can also view tracking from your account on smilenowdenture.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you spot an error, contact us at support@smilenowdenture.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@smilenowdenture.com with your order number and we'll help open a carrier claim.
If your appliance arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Holidays and Weather Delays
Carriers occasionally experience delays around major U.S. holidays or due to severe weather. We'll notify you by email if your order is meaningfully impacted.
